Cranio-Sacral Biodynamics approach is a process in which its aim is to enhance life and health in every living organism.  This approach recognizes the inherent natural healing resources of the body. This process is encouraged through the application of a soft and light touch with very little pressure.   It is liken to the motion of the wings of a floating butterfly.  This state of awareness puts us in touch with the “Intelligence” inherent in every human’s body while being touched, the life force that inhabits it and the Breath of life that animates it.

HOW ?

The client lies in a comfortable position on the massage table fully clothed.  The therapist listens with his fingers to the inherent force that flows within the body fluids that is called “the Breath of Life”.  By listening and being guided by the wisdom of the client’s body, the therapist can hear and feel “The Breath of Life” and its potency, which by the way, resides in all of us from conception till death. In doing so, the therapist is helping and facilitating any restriction to reveal itself and to give it space to resolve itself through loosening up and dissolving on its own.   The energy trapped at the centre of the restriction being now released, the movement of the vital energy is once again able to flow all through the system.  The person feels much more alive and energized than at the beginning of the session.
